After receiving your application we review if we are a possible match. Usually you can expect our first feedback within a week. All recruitment decisions are based solely on qualifications, skills, experience, and job-related criteria. 

Step 1: Review

Your application fits to the role? Perfect! One of our recruiters will call you and talk about the role to find out if our expectations are matching. This call takes no longer than 30 minutes. 

Step 2: Screening call

Once we both leave the screening call with a good feeling, we will have first interview via Microsoft Teams to go a little deeper into the conversation. Depending on which position you apply for, the second interview can also maintain a technical task. 

Step 3: 1st & 2nd Interview

Once we have agreed to work together, we will send you your contract as soon as possible. After that, you will start pre-boarding at the ALDI Tech Hub in Krakow: we get to know each other, you can start networking and getting to know the company, and you have enough time to set up all your tech - to get started sharing your #ALDIPower with us. 

Step 4: Offer

Your first day at ALDI Tech Hub begins with a general onboarding for all new colleagues. You have the chance to get to know the company, set up you hardware and network with your new team mates. Now it’s time to share your #ALDIpower with us!
