Your tasks
- Receiving and processing of 1st and 1.5 level support activities using the ITSM tool. Scope of 1.5 level support are dedicated activities around Z1 Webmessenger and Microsoft Exchange (Mailbox creation, adjustment, Mgmt of distribution lists etc.)
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues remotely using knowledge base entries;
- Documenting support and resolution processes for quality assurance;
Escalating complex issues to the relevant specialist department
- Tracking and coordinating the processing status of support cases;
- Ensuring compliance with SLA standards in day-to-day operations
- Taking independent responsibility for monitoring, reporting and process optimisation;
- Documenting analyses, solutions and implementation steps within operational documentation, knowledge base entries and tickets
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, a degree or comparable qualification in IT;
- Experience with ITIL and SLA management is an advantage;
- A strong interest in working independently, as well as a confident and friendly manner;
- Ideally, existing experience with common ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management);
- Work into 2 shifts, including weekends and bank holidays;
- Good English skills (B2+ level) (working on phone,chat,email)
